Dawn draws on a varied professional background in representing Buyers and Sellers. She received her BBA in Finance from The University of Georgia in 1985 but spent the bulk of her professional life (26 years) as a high school French teacher! She moved to real estate in 2015 then received her Broker’s License in 2019. She holds an Accredited Buyer Representative designation, a Certified Negotiation Expert designation, and a Pricing Strategy Advisor certificate from the National Association of Realtors. She embraces her former career as an educator and strives to ensure her clients are fully informed and knowledgeable about all facets of a real estate transaction. Dawn was a Million Dollar producer while an agent with a national real estate brokerage before opening Zenithland Real Estate in 2022, and continues to produce above the million dollar mark. She is a lifelong resident of Central Georgia and she and her husband, Billy, have 2 sons and daughters-in-law, a grandson and granddaughter, a black lab Winnie, and a diva-dog, Peanut.
